2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

3. Job Listings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job listings. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines, including fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading posts.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Refunds may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to: (a) violate any laws, (b) spam or solicit other users, (c) post false or misleading information, (d) attempt to access another user's account, or (e) use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

RemoteJobs is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost opportunities or data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
